Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only.

We do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays.

For Royal Mail Next Day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Next Day orders placed on a Friday (before 1pm) will be delivered on Monday.

Please note: delivery timeframes are based on Royal Mail’s service standards and are not guaranteed during peak periods.
